- For an insight into client experiences, please visit the ANA SEEDS page
- ANA offers treatment to all clients on the basis of mutual trust, respect and abstinence.
- Treatment can be tailored to the individual needs of clients in terms of detoxification, therapeutic inputs, dietary and religious needs.
- The programmes at ANA offer incremental levels of choice, opportunity and exposure to the outside world
- Initially and for the first four weeks of treatment, clients are catered for, chaperoned and fully supported twenty four hours a day
- As the programme progresses, choices, independence and development opportunities increase
- ANA has boundaries and expectations of clients that support the above.
- Clients are supported in all aspects of treatment, learning, life skills, physical and mental health through out their time at ANA.
- Fundamental to treatment is the acceptance of addiction and a willingness to work to overcome it. In support of this, clients progress a series of written and verbal programmes that link them to their own recovery.
- Clients are allocated a named key-worker upon arrival at ANA. This key-worker will remain with them throughout primary treatment.
