Following a highly enjoyable training event in London this month and in line with its three year development plan, ANA has embarked upon the accreditation of it's therapeutic programme.

Richard Johnson, ANA Director commented that, combined with CSCI Care Homes Registration and the planned achievement of The Investors In People Award in 2008, The EATA Therapeutic Programme accreditation will further support ANA's plans to become one of the leading providers of residential treatment services on The South Coast of England.

He continued to say that the three quality assurance measures cover generic service provision in terms of premises and accommodation, therapeutic inputs and outcomes and staff recruitment, development and training; the full package.

Mr Johnson said that he believed that these developments will reassure staff, referring agencies and, most importantly, clients that ANA is a class leading organisation.
